You were a child Crawling on your knees toward it Making momma so proud, But your voice is too loud We like to watch you laughing, You pick the insects off plants No time to think of consequences Control yourself Take only what you need from it A family of trees wanted To be haunted The water is warm But its sending me shivers A baby is born Crying out for attention The memories fade Like looking through a fogged mirror Decision to decisions are made And not bought, But I thought this wouldnt hurt a lot. I guess not

Film By Scott Noble We areall in danger. A police state control grid is being established in the United States. Now is the time for all lovers of liberty to stand together and speak out against the growing tyranny destroying our Republic. We WILL be victorious against the New World Order. V IS FOR VICTORY–YOU ARE THE RESISTANCE! You control our world. You’ve poisoned the air we breathe, contaminated the water we drink, and copyrighted the food we eat. We fight in your wars, die for your causes, and sacrifice our freedoms to protect you. You’ve liquidated our savings, destroyed our middle class, and used our tax dollars to bailout your unending greed. We are slaves to your corporations, zombies to your airwaves, servants to your decadence. You’ve stolen our elections, assassinated our leaders, and abolished our basic rights as human beings. You own our property, shipped away our jobs, and shredded our unions. You’ve profited off of disaster, destabilized our currencies, and raised our cost of living. You’ve monopolized our freedom, stripped away our education, and have almost extinguished our flame. We are hit… we are bleeding… but we ain’t got time to bleed. We will bring the giants to their knees and you will witness our revolution! www.infowars.com http www.911weknow.com http www.911blogger.com http inflation.us http www.wearechange.org http www.endofamerica3.com http www.restoretherepublic.net http www.trendsresearch.com http weaintgottimetobleed.com

How To Manage Stress?

Stress affects everyone, almost all the time. Some stress is good, that forces yourself to work harder to learn and must pass the test. Some stress, however, able to control our lives. You always worry, maybe some things you can control? You see a break with friends and family? Here are some memories of what you can do to make you feel better, have time to recover from stress, which can take over our lives.

First, it is important to take time for yourself. Sometimes we are so busy trying to care for others, we lose part of ourselves, forgetting that we ourselves have to be careful with anything. Realizing that taking care of yourself is a good idea is the first step toward a life without stress lowered!

Here is a list of good things you can do:

1) To yourself something nice.

Examples of this are things like “I’m doing a good job taking care of my family,” or “I handled it very well”, etc. It ‘nice to let you know that you’re a good person and that you are managing your life well.

2) Put something in your inspiration mirror. Every time you look in the mirror, you will be able to read and feel inspired. Perhaps this could be just an estimate, or maybe a poem or a list of things that remind you of what truly happy.

3)  When you wake in the morning, shower, put on your makeup, clothing, bedding, and do not forget to put the shoes! This may sound stupid, but often simply lounging around the house in pajamas can make a person feel tired and uninspired to do much of anything.

Just take the time to dress and take care of that in the morning helps you feel more confident and ready to begin the day with flying colors!

4)  If you want to relax at night, try taking a bubble bath. Candles and relax with your favorite music to add a nice touch!

5) From time to time, enjoy your favorite meal. Cook yourself, or invite you to dinner and enjoy!

6) Relax and watch a movie that you want to watch. I often find myself just to see things that not everyone watches the rest of my family, to name one’s desires. A change is only as good as a rest and enjoys a good movie, I want to see if someone else looks at him with me!

7)  Read a book. The time to read something you like, even if it does not say is that training is a great way to relax. Find a quiet place at home, or even to go to the park or library, curl up and read!

8)  Keep a journal. This can be either paper or a journal on another line. Write your feelings, then go back and read it later. Sometimes it is not until we put our concerns to the written words that we understand that we overreacted, or that we are sorry for the things that have little to worry!

Tell yourself that you are going to do something nice like yoga retreats and meditation retreats for you at least once a day.

Marc Platters is expert in providing information related to meditation retreats and would guide in getting yoga teacher training.

Leadership Training, Organization Management, Productivity

I do a lot of work with leadership training and organization management. The other day I was reminded of a story I read as a kid. It was the story of the emperor’s new clothes. An Emperor, believing that his wardrobe reflects his exalted status and position, hires two weavers who promise him the finest suit of clothes. Its fabric will be invisible to anyone who is unfit for his position, not worthy of the Emperor’s attention or “just hopelessly stupid” – a perfect offering for such an arrogant and insecure man. The Emperor cannot see the cloth himself, but pretends that he can for fear of appearing stupid and unfit for his position. His ministers do the same. When the swindlers report that the suit is finished, they dress him in mime. The Emperor marches in procession before his subjects. A child in the crowd calls out that the Emperor is wearing nothing at all and the cry is taken up by others. The Emperor cringes, suspecting the assertion is true, but holds himself proudly and continues the procession as if nothing is wrong.

Can you see parallels today? In working with organizations across the United States, I often meet CEOs or Executive Directors whose strategy is to lead by fear and intimidation. Somehow they think that executing every decision from a ‘command and control’ position, bullying their staff, gets the best results. In creating this culture of fear, the CEO self-isolates from the value of feedback, learning, creativity and other perspectives that not only make the organization successful but also support the CEO’s own development as a leader. Staff members tend to become resigned, cynical and disengaged. The result is an organization of people who constantly have one eye out for something better. Failing the opportunity or lacking the courage to leave, they look for ways to create internal support among the other employees, promoting ‘camps’ within the company. The CEO’s faults are ‘on display’ with no one willing to speak up, to bring perspective or healthy correction. Synergies go unrealized, profits are impacted and ultimately the same breakdowns repeat without interruption.

Both the leader and the employees have a contribution. It takes courage to speak truth to power. The CEO or Executive Director is ultimately responsible for setting the culture of the organization. Are you developing a culture of courage or cowardice in your organization? Ask yourself, do people regularly give me feedback, push back if they don’t agree and/or share differing views and opinions with me? If you were walking around ‘naked’, would you want to know?
