The recession is getting tough for the distribution company I manage, but I don’t think my staff really ‘get it’ yet. They just whinge about having no annual bonus or pay rise!
Last week- to ram home the message- I opened up the blinds to my office & hung myself in full view of the staff. Of course there was no danger as I knew someone would rush in & get me down. Still, the noose HURT quite a lot & now 2 of the guys are suing the company for some ‘trauma’ BS.
