Being a manager in an organization, he or she should have the ability to manage, lead and administer various project resources so that the assignment gets complete perfectly in the stipulated period of time;
Also, he or she should have the skills to monitor the right functioning of all the project activities and must be up to date with necessary resources to mitigate the risks;
Must implement or maintain quality;
Must possess the expertise of making improvements in the project, problem solving ability and take corrective actions when problem arises.
