The 14th International Conference of Annual European Operations Management Association (EurOMA) took place in Ankara, June 2007 with the theme ‘Managing Operations in an Expanding Europe’. The Conference aimed to offer an opportunity for considering past developments in the field of operations management in Europe, as well as looking ahead at the trends in the foreseeable future. The conference brought participants together from different countries and backgrounds, all with a shared interest in operations management research.
